Accessibility Statement
We attach great importance to the accessibility of our services to people with disabilities. We work extensively and constantly to make adjustments by the accessibility provisions outlined in the law and even beyond that, with the help of professional factors, to provide our customers with disabilities with accessible service and an optimal customer experience.
The company operated in accordance with the accessibility guidelines of the Israeli standard 5568 – “Guidelines for content accessibility on the Internet” to level AA. This Israeli standard is identical to the guidelines document of the international organization that deals with standards on the web – Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. It should be noted that despite our efforts to make all the pages on the site accessible, parts of the site may be discovered that are not yet accessible. We continue our efforts to improve the site’s accessibility as part of our commitment to allow its use by the entire population, including people with disabilities.
Accessibility measures on the website:
1. Standardization
The site is supported by the common browsers in their latest version.
2. Increasing the display on the site
Surfers who have difficulty seeing and wish to enlarge the display on the site can do so by pressing the Ctrl and “+” keys (control and plus) at the same time. Each press of these two keys will increase the display by 10%. To reduce the display, press the Ctrl and “-” (control and minus) keys at the same time.
3. Activating the site using a keyboard
Surfers who have difficulty using a mouse can surf the site using a keyboard. Repeatedly pressing the Tab key will move between the various links on the page. Pressing Enter will activate the highlighted link. + Accessibility component – on some of the group’s websites, there is an “accessibility component”
of the user1stt company. You must select the accessibility profile in order to browse the website.
4. Support for assistive technologies
This site is an accessible site adapted for viewing even by people with disabilities and allows support
for screen reading software. To verify the accessibility of the site’s content, the site was tested with NVDA screen reader software.
