Any use or attempt to use any of Website constitutes the user's ("User") approval of these Additional Terms, the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and agreement that they shall apply to them. If you do not agree, you must cease your use of the Website.
1.The Online Services.
"Tasty and Healthy" is a whole-food diet, which aims to help reduce intestinal inflammation for those suffering from Crohn's disease [only] (the "Diet"). The Website presents research that led to the development of the Diet, the principles of the Diet, and it allows users to receive various types of information about the Diet, such as suggested recipes. The Website also offers features that allows participance of the Users and sharing User content, such as the 'Ask an Expert' feature where users can submit questions and receive answers. Users can also subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates on new research, recipes, and tips related to the Diet.
2.No medical or nutritional advice.
2.1 The Online Services, including any User Information and content provided through the Website, are not intended to serve as a substitute for medical diagnosis, opinion, advice, recommendation for treatment or substitute for treatment, or nutritional advice, and do not constitute a substitute for approaching any of the Medical Center staff or other physicians of dietitians, for obtaining medical history, consultation, guidance or treatment as may be needed. These statements apply to all users in general and are specifically relevant to any User suffering from a medical condition requiring special nutrition, such as Crohn's and Colitis diseases.
2.2 The Diet and additional diets which may be available on the Website, are diets that we believe may help Users ease their condition. However, the Medical Center cannot assure that any diet will actually work and ease any condition. The suggested diets are not a substitute for receiving individual medical and nutritional advice that corresponds to each User's specific medical condition.
2.3 We recommend that Users use the information offered on the Website with the necessary caution and in consultation with the healthcare professionals treating them. The Medical Center shall not be liable for any damages that may result from reliance on the information provided on the Website without proper medical and nutritional consultation.
2.4 The Medical Center may update, modify, or change the content, information, recommendations, and research findings presented on the Website regarding the Diet at any time without prior notice. It is the User's responsibility to regularly check the Website for the most current information. The Medical Center does not undertake to notify Users individually of any changes made to the Website content.
3.User Content and Third Party Content
3.1 Some of the content made available on the Website may be created by Users. For example, each User may post testimonials regarding elements of their diet next to certain recipes. this content is Third Party Content. The Website also refers you to amazon, tranzilla or similar payment / procurement services. These are third party service providers and the content in these referrals is Third Party Content as well.
3.2 The Medical Center has no control over, and assume no responsibility for the Third Party Content (or associated content, policies, or practices). The Medical Center does not monitor Third Party Content [Luba – you should] and its availability through the Website does not constitute any endorsement or recommendation on our behalf.
3.3 By accessing Third Party Content, The User agrees to use Third Party Content (a) in person and for non-commercial purposes; and (b) in accordance with the restrictions set out in the applicable laws, additional terms, guidelines and policies or on the product pages that apply to that particular piece of Third Party Content.
3.4 Acceptable Posting of Third Party Content. Each User undertakes to not post any content that:
3.4.1 Violates, misappropriates, or infringes the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights;
3.4.2 Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or instigates or encourages conduct that would be illegal or otherwise inappropriate, such as promoting violent crimes, endangering or exploiting children or others, or coordinating harm;
3.4.4 Impersonate someone;
3.4.5 Involve sending illegal or impermissible communications such as bulk messaging, auto-messaging, auto-dialing or and the like;
3.4.6 Involve any non-personal use of the unless otherwise authorized by us.
3.5 The Medical Center does not undertake to publish any User Content submitted to it and reserves the right to remove User Content at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
3.6 Intellectual Property Rights in User Content
3.6.1 By submitting, posting, uploading, or otherwise making available any User Content through the Website, the User hereby grants to the Medical Center a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content (in whole or in part) on the Website and on any other platforms or media, and to incorporate it in other works in any format or medium now known or later developed, for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the User.
3.6.2 The User represents and warrants that: (i) they own the User Content posted by them on or through the Website or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and (ii) the posting of their User Content on or through the Website does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity.
3.6.3 The Medical Center reserves the right to edit, modify, or reformat User Content prior to publication, while maintaining the essential meaning of the content. The Medical Center may also use User Content for research, educational, or promotional purposes, including but not limited to publications, presentations, and online distribution.
3.6.4 The User acknowledges that once they submit User Content to the Website, such content may not be retractable, and the Medical Center is under no obligation to remove or delete such content upon the User's request, although the Medical Center may, at its sole discretion, honor such requests.
4.Privacy
4.1 Any data or information provided by the User shall be treated in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
4.2 When a User provides us with certain User Content, we may post such content or otherwise make it available to others with additional content of our own. For example, when a User submits a question in the "Ask an Expert" section, we may publish the question along with the User details provided, and alongside it publish a response (from our team) to this question.

5.2 The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any newsletter email or by contacting the "Tasty and Healthy" team using contact details below
6.Book purchase
6.1 The Website contains a link to purchase “Tasty&Healthy™” book. If you are from Israel you may purchase the book directly from the Medical Center facilitating payments through tranzilla and if you are located outside Israel purchase shall be made through Amazon. The purchase is subject to Amazon and tranzilla terms and each User should review the prior to making a purchase.
6.2 In addition, the purchase of the book is subject to the services policy below.
7.Removal of Content
7.1 If you find infringing content on the Website, you may request the Medical Center to remove the infringing material. In such request you should provide –
7.1.1 A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner of the right so infringed.
7.1.2 Identification of the specific item / right infringed.
7.1.3 Identification of the material that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material (e.g. URL).
7.1.4 Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
7.1.5 A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized.
7.1.6 A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.

Online Services – Terms
of Use and Privacy Policy
The Shaare Zedek Medical Center (R.A.), with principal office at 12 Shmuel Bait Street, Jerusalem 9103102, Israel (the "Medical Center"), provides various online services to its patients through different channels, such as the Medical Center's website, the online portal accessible through the "Personal Area" on the Website (the "Patient Portal"), emails, mobile phones (including software applications , and other features made available on any of the aforesaid, such as short message notifications, SMS and push notifications) (collectively "Online Services").
These terms of use and the privacy policy below (collectively the "Term of Use"), govern the use of Online Services. Any use or attempt to use any of Online Services constitutes the user's ("User") approval of these Terms of Use and agreement that they shall apply to them. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, do not use the Online Services, and if you have registered, you must cease taking any action there through.
It is clarified that the provisions in the Terms of Use do not derogate from any right of the Medical Center to act according to any law even if such rights or actions are not explicitly detailed herein. For example, nothing in the Terms of Use derogates from the Medical Center's rights regarding the collection of User Information and/or data in general and/or to make use of any of thereof, under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 ("Privacy Protection Law"), Patient's Rights Law, 5756-1996 ("Patient's Rights Law"), Privacy Protection Order (Determination of Public Bodies), 5746-1986, Public Health Ordinance, 1940, regulations or regulatory directives promogulated thereunder, or otherwise.
– Every User represent warrants and confirms as follows
1.Joining Online Services.
They have asked to join the Online Services, which include, among others:
1.1 Appointment scheduling.
1.2 Access to information and performing actions through the Patient Portal.
1.3 Receiving email notifications and/or SMS messages regarding the Medical Center's services and Online Services, including regarding examination and appointment dates, appointment cancellations and more.
2.Additional Terms
There may be additional and/or different terms for certain Online Services ("Additional Terms"), and it is clarified that (a) any use or attempt to use such services constitutes agreement to the Additional Terms and Terms of Use; and (b) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall form an integral part of the Terms of Use and do not derogate from the Medical Center’s rights or User’s obligations, but only add to them.
3.Changes
3.1 The Medical Center reserves the right to change the Online Services and/or Terms of Use from time to time. For example, from time to time and at the Medical Center’s discretion, additional services may be added to or removed from the Online Services, the nature of any Online Service and/or the Terms of Use and/or Additional Terms may change with respect to all or specific Online Service.
3.2 Parts of the Terms of Use may change due to changes in various legislation and/or regulatory guidelines. In certain cases these changes may be reflected in the Terms of Use.
3.3 The Medical Center shall be entitled to immediately, unilaterally and without any prior notice, discontinue the provision of Online Services (in whole or in part).
3.4 Each User finally, irrevocably and absolutely exempts the Medical Center’s personnel from any damage, liability and/or responsibility regarding the aforementioned and waives any claim regarding the aforementioned.
4.User Information Availability
The Online Services are intended to provide the Users with certain services online and to consolidate certain information and data for them. The data available in the Online Services sometimes rely on those existing in the Medical Center’s systems or third party systems. Therefore, there may be data or information that have not yet been downloaded from these systems and it will not appear or will appear differently within the. Additionally, not all User Information (below in section 7.1) existing in the Medical Center’s systems or in its possession may be made available in the Online Services
5.Different Services
The Online Services available to each User may be different. For example, services available for minors may be different from Online Services provided to adults.
6.Communication
6.1 They have been informed that they may provide their email address and mobile phone number, so that the Medical Center (and/or anyone on its behalf) will send to the email address and/or mobile phone number provided (at the Medical Center’s discretion), notifications, reminders, content and/or information available through the Online Services. If the User notifies that they do not wish to receive such content, these details will continue to serve the Medical Center for other purposes, such as User identity verification in the portal through email and mobile phone number.
6.2 They have been informed that while using the Online Services, information appearing on the device they are using may be exposed to those around them and that it is their sole responsibility to prevent such unauthorized viewing.
6.2 The Medical Center may contact the User and offer benefits content, advertisements and/or other information using direct mailings as defined in Section 17C of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, advertisements as defined in Section 30A(b) of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982, or otherwise. Each User may instruct the Medical Center to remove
him / her from our mailing lists.
7.Online Services Systems
7.1 "User Information" – includes all "Information" as defined in the Privacy Protection Law, and "Medical Information" as defined in the Patient’s Rights Law, relating to the User, which is received by the Medical Center (whether from the User or from others) and/or processed by it. The User’s consent regarding their User Information shall also apply to data (personal data), matters and/or other details related to them (even if not User Information).
7.2 Some Online Services (such as the Patient Portal) require prior registration, and some (such as the Website) do not require prior registration. Use of services requiring prior registration will only be possible after completing the registration process, providing required details and re-affirming the User’s consent to the Terms of Use. During service registration, the User will be required to provide personal details including, among others: first name, last name, ID number or passport number, phone number and active email address. The User undertakes to provide correct, accurate and complete details. Providing incorrect details may prevent service use and thwart the ability to contact the User.
7.3 User Information is stored in systems serving the Online Services and access to said information will be through entering an ID number and personal password and/or entering a personal code sent via SMS following entry of ID number and birth year and/or other verification details ("Account Details"). Account Details must not be provided to any party, even if they identify themselves as a representative of the Medical Center or are associated with it, and any such request should be reported through one of the contact methods detailed below. Account Details should not be sent via short messages (SMS, WhatsApp etc.) or email.
7.4 Account Details are personal. each User's bears the sole responsibility for protecting each their Account Details, email address and access to their mobile phone (collectively "Contact Details"), and they may not allow others to use such Contact Details.
7.5 Each User undertakes to take all necessary actions to maintain confidentiality and security of said details (including by not writing them near devices through which Online Services can be used or transferring them to others). Any action through any of the aforementioned means will be considered as the User’s action for all intents and purposes. This also applies to minors for whom a User uses the Online Services.
7.6 The User is aware that exposure of their Contact Details may lead to exposure of User Information to various parties (including unauthorized ones). In any case of suspected loss, theft or unauthorized access, through or to any Contact Details, the User undertakes to notify the Medical Center without delay. It is clarified that any User may at any time cancel registration to the Online Services by contacting the Medical Center through the details appearing below.
7.7 Upon completing use of the Online Services, each User undertakes to remove any data that may enable access to User Information and/or the Online Services by others. Each User is solely responsible for User Information (including any data or document) that they save/copy from the Online Services. It is clarified that such data/documents may not be protected or encrypted and the Medical Center shall have no liability or responsibility in connection with the above.
7.7 User Content
a) the Medical Center may enable transmission/uploading of content and files by each User through some Online Services ("User Content"). Each User confirms that uploading files/submitting User Content is their sole responsibility. The Medical Center is not responsible for storing such content, and each User undertakes to ensure that User Content they transmit and/or upload to the Online Services will not include elements that may harm any of the Medical Center systems (including malware, viruses, spyware, etc.).
b) each User confirms and declares that any information they provide regarding third parties is provided legally and with permission.
8.Minors
8.1 Minors (under the age of 18) may also be added to the Online Services, subject to the Medical Center’s discretion.
8.2 The User is aware that according to the Legal Capacity and Guardianship Law 5722-1962, each of the minor’s parents may receive certain information about them, unless a judicial order revoking their guardianship has been issued. A guardian who is not a biological parent undertakes to contact the Medical Center and provide documentation of their guardianship of the minor (along with ID) in order to register for the Online Services.
8.3 Any User requesting to register any of their children for an Online Service declares that they are the minor’s guardian and are authorized to act on their behalf. They also undertake to inform the Medical Center of any change in guardianship of their children or any other change that may affect the above.
8.4 Any change in a minor's personal details or password will be made through direct contact with the Medical Center.
9.Liability
9.1 The Online Services and User Information are provided 'as is' and according to their availability (which depends among others on third parties) ('as available'). The Medical Center does not guarantee that the Online Services and/or User Information available therein will be suitable for any specific purpose or use. It also does not guarantee that the Online Services and/or User Information will be continuously available and/or uninterrupted, complete, accurate and/or comprehensive.
9.2 If a User has data and/or information not existing in the Medical Center’s systems and/or if they discover that User Information is not current or accurate, they undertake to inform the relevant parties at the Medical Center, including treating physicians, so that information about each User will be as complete, comprehensive and accurate as possible, and their treatment will be appropriate and correct.
9.3 The User is aware and agrees that:
(a) use of Online Services is at their sole responsibility and risk;
(b) specifically the User confirms that they have been made aware that use of the Website, including reliance on any content, information, services, opinions and positions presented therein and/or websites that may be linked from the Website, including information, content, offers and positions presented or published there, is done at the User’s discretion and sole responsibility. The Medical Center will not be responsible for any inconvenience, distress, or any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the User due to access or lack of access to the Online Services.
9.4 Each User releases, finally, irrevocably and absolutely, the Medical Center, its employees, physicians, officers and anyone on their behalf (the Medical Center and the aforesaid – "Medical Center Parties") from any damage, liability and/or responsibility in connection with the above, and waives any claim regarding the aforesaid. Such waiver includes connection with:
(a) exposure of User Information to unauthorized parties as a result from loss, theft, failure to protect Contact Details and/or exposure of User Information to parties in the User’s vicinity while using Online Services;
(b) performance of acts or omissions per communications made through User's Contact Details (such as if instructions are provided by anyone other than the User using their email box, or if information pertaining to the User is provided to anyone else using by such User's Account Details).
9.5 The Online Services, including any User Information and content provided therein are not intended to serve as a substitute for medical diagnosis, opinion, advise, recommendation for treatment or substitute for treatment, and does not constitute a substitute for approaching any of the Medical Center staff or other physicians, for obtaining medical history, consultation, guidance or treatment as may be needed. Each User releases, finally, irrevocably and absolutely, the Medical Center Parties from any damage, liability and/or responsibility in connection with the above, and waives any claim regarding the aforesaid. In particular, each User confirms their understanding that any action based on content available in the Online Services requires approval from the medical staff and that Medical Center Parties shall bear no liability for any action or inaction taken by the User without consultation and approval from their physicians.
9.6 In any urgent cases, emergency or distress (physical or mental) – medical treatment should be sought from medical staff, nearest hospital emergency room or Magen David Adom (through emergency number 101 nationwide).
10.No Technical Support
The User is aware that Online Services do not include technical support. The Medical Center will endeavor to respond to inquiries submitted through the Contact Details below, but this does not constitute any commitment by the Medical Center to provide such response or successfully resolve any issues.
11.Third Parties
11.1 Service Providers. The Online Services depend on third parties assisting the Medical Center in providing these services ("Service Providers"). For example, Online Services depend on software and service providers like Salesforce, external hosting service providers, internet infrastructure providers and more. Each User acknowledges that there may be delays and/or disruptions in availability of User Information and/or Online Services due to reasons connected to these Service Providers and releases, finally, irrevocably and absolutely, the Medical Center Parties from any damage, liability and/or responsibility regarding the above and waives any claim regarding the above. Each User also agrees that the Medical Center will transfer User Information to Service Providers for Online Services purposes.
11.2 Third Party Content.
a) The User is aware that some Online Services may contain links and/or references to external content of third parties ("Third Party Content"). The Medical Center does not control these contents and/or services and/or products offered therein. The existence of Third Party Content in Online Services does not indicate the Medical Center’s agreement with their content and does not guarantee their reliability, currentness and legality. Third Party Content may be subject to terms, documents, agreements and policies (such as privacy policies) different from those of the Medical Center. The Medical Center is not responsible for practices of third parties providing Third Party Content and it is clarified that the User may find these contents unsuitable for their needs, or object to their content, find them offensive, irritating, inappropriate, illegal or immoral.
b) The User is aware that the Medical Center is not responsible for any Third Party Content to which links lead and is not responsible for any consequence resulting from their use or reliance upon them, and releases, finally, irrevocably and absolutely, the Medical Center Parties from any damage, liability and/or responsibility regarding the above and waives any claim regarding the above.
12.License
Each User is granted a personal, revocable non-transferable, license to use Online Services for private (noncommercial) purposes only, subject to Terms of Use and law. In addition, no other right is provided in or to the Online Services. Each User undertakes to use Online Services only as permitted by applicable law and the Terms of Use.
13.Intellectual Property
13.1 As between the Medical Center and the Users, the Medical Center owns all rights (including intellectual property rights such as copyrights) and any other right or interest, in and to Online Services (including the Website), in various systems through which any Online Services are provided, design of Online Services, arrangement of content therein, trademarks and any software, application, computer code, graphic file, text and any other material included in any of the above.
13.2 No part of the above may be copied, distributed, publicly displayed, publicly performed, transmitted to the public, modified, processed, derivative works created, sold or rented, whether by User or through or in affiliation with any third party, in any way or means whether electronic, mechanical, optical, photographic or recording means, or in any other means and way, without obtaining prior written consent from the Medical Center, or other rights owners, as applicable and subject to the terms of such consent (if provided). If such consent is given, the User undertakes not to remove, delete or disrupt any notice or mark regarding intellectual property rights, for example – copyright mark ©, or trademark ®, accompanying the content for which such approval is given and generally to Online Services and their content.
13.3 If trademarks of advertisers/other entities (besides the Medical Center) are published on various platforms of Online Services, such publication is the responsibility of those advertisers/other entities and does not constitute any representation by the Medical Center regarding intellectual property rights and/or ownership of these marks.
14.Information Security
14.1 The Medical Center considers information security a matter of importance and invests substantial resources to maintain confidentiality and privacy of User Information.
14.2 Using the internet to receive information, including User Information and services such as Online Services, exposes the User to risks stemming from the internet and use of any other end equipment enabling connection through this medium.
14.3 Such use is exposed to risks inherent to the internet, systems based on software, cloud storage, hardware and communication networks, include risks from malicious software (viruses, trojans etc.), communication line interception, breaching by hostile elements, impersonation of software or any systems and other online fraud. The Medical Center cannot guarantee that Online Services or User Information will be absolutely immune regarding the above and there may be damages and/or losses due to materialization of any said risks, including disclosure and/or disruption of User Information, Online Services and/or content displayed therein, instruction/request disruption, unauthorized actions, disruptions in operation of systems related to Online Services and/or their response times, including non-execution, erroneous execution and/or delayed execution of instruction/request, unavailability of any systems etc. For example, User’s email box may be breached and User Information sent to it may be exposed to third parties.
14.4 There is a risk of penetration into the Medical Center’s databases and the Medical Center does not guarantee these will be absolutely immune from unauthorized access and/or damage to information stored therein.
14.5 The User is aware of above risks and releases, finally, irrevocably and absolutely, the Medical Center Parties from any damage, liability and/or responsibility regarding the above and waives any claim regarding the above.
15.Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the State of Israel (except Conflict of laws rules). Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms of Use shall be given to a competent court in Jerusalem. This is without derogating from the generality or diminishing the remedies available under any applicable law.
16.Privacy Policy
16.1 User Information Collection
The User has no obligation to provide the Medical Center with any data or User information. User Information is collected from the Medical Center's records, third party service providers such as external laboratories and auxiliary tests, from information that the User provided, including in meetings with the Medical Center staff and/or by transferring/uploading of User content.
16.1 Use of Cookies and Data Collection Technologies:
a) the Medical Center may use various data collection technologies within the Online Services. For example, cookie files (“Cookies”) to improve browsing experience and regular proper operation, which may serve, inter alia, for verifying details, information security and adapting the website pages and the content displayed in the website to the User’s personal preferences.
b) Modern internet browsers include the option to avoid receiving “Cookies” and the option to delete existing “Cookies” files. Note that choosing not to allow receiving “Cookies” or deleting existing “Cookies”, may impair your enjoyment from website use.

17.Use of Information Purposes
The Medical Center will use User Information as permitted by law. Additionally, it will use User Information to provide Online Services and its services in general, and also:
17.1 For any other purpose not prohibited by law.
17.2 For coordinating appointments, responding to patient requests, reporting test results, etc. Such responses may include answers provided in the "Ask an expert" section.
17.3 For the operation of Online Services and the Medical Center service, their improvement and enrichment, modification and/or cancellation of any of them, their adaptation, etc.
17.4 Maintaining data regarding User treatment, charges, collection, liability, file archives, updates, etc.
17.5 Development, modification and improvement of services and/or products of the Medical Center.
17.6 Exercising and/or protecting the rights of the Medical Center and/or other third parties according to law.
17.7 Compliance with legal requirements (including providing information to authorities and/or according to regulatory instructions).
17.8 For information security purposes.
17.9 Research and trials, according to law provisions.
17.10 Additional services related to patient care framework.
18.Transfer of Information to Third Parties
User Information will be accessible and/or transferred to third parties where not prohibited by law. Additionally, the Medical Center may transfer User Information to third parties, in connection with providing Online Services and the Medical Center's services, and also:
18.1 For purposes set in the Terms of Use (such as providing the Online Services), implementing purposes not prohibited by law, and implementing legitimate interests of Medical Center (for example to prevent fraud).
18.2 Transfer of information to external suppliers for the purpose of receiving services such as operation of online services, operation of information systems, storage services and information management systems.
18.3 When the user's consent to disclose the information has been received, either explicitly or implicitly.
18.4 As part of cooperation with suppliers and service providers in the framework of the ongoing activities of the Medical Center and/or for the purpose of providing the Medical Center's services
to users.
18.5 When the third party is a subsidiary or affiliated company of the Medical Center, including Shaare Zedek Scientific Ltd.
18.6 Disclosure of the information is permitted or required by law and/or within legal proceedings and/or as part of reporting required by competent authority. For example, if the Medical Center receives a judicial order instructing it to provide information about a User to any third party, or if a transfer between public bodies is requested as stated in the Privacy Protection Law.
18.7 In any dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand, or legal proceedings, if any, between the User and the Medical Center and/or anyone on its behalf.
18.8 In the event that the Medical Center transfers its activity in any form to another corporation, merges with another corporation, or merges its activities with the activities of a third party.
19.Transfer of Information Outside Israel
The Medical Center may transfer User Information outside the jurisdiction of Israel and/or the European Union. The privacy and information security laws in the jurisdiction to which the information will be transferred may not be as comprehensive compared to the laws in Israel and the European Union. In such case, the Medical Center will endeavor to take steps to ensure a similar level of protection for User Information, but cannot commit to such level of protection. Each user gives their consent to such transfer.
20.Right to Review User Information:
The User is entitled to review their User Information in the Medical Center’s databases, according to law. For this purpose, the User can contact the Medical Center using the contact information below.
