Creamy Pesto Spread (That Elevates Any Meal)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup walnuts or pine nuts
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2–3 tablespoons water (for a lighter texture)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend everything
    Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Adjust texture
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
    Add more water or olive oil as needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust
    Adjust salt, lemon, or garlic to your preference.
