Ingredients

- ¼ cup walnuts or pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2–3 tablespoons water (for a lighter texture)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Blend everything
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. - Adjust texture
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add more water or olive oil as needed to reach your desired consistency. - Taste and adjust
