Instructions
- Blend or mix
If using whole oats โ blend into a flour-like texture.
Then mix with yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt. - Adjust texture
Let the batter sit for 5โ10 minutes to thicken.
Add a little milk if needed. - Cook
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease.
Pour small amounts of batter and cook 2โ3 minutes per side until golden. - Serve
Stack and drizzle with extra maple syrup.
